Jagdish Moolchandani has been reappointed as an Executive Director of Archies Limited for the period of 2 years with effect from September 28, 2023. Moolchandani a co-founder of the company has over 47 years’ of Management experience in the Social Expression Industry.

Varun Moolchandani is reappointment as an Executive Director of Archies Limited for the period of 2 years with effect from June 25, 2023. Moolchandani has 24 Years in business across different categories – Fragrance and cosmetics, international brand tie-ups & new concepts for business growth team management, leadership, strategic alliances, P&L, Development and execution of the company’s business strategies & maintaining trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities. He graduated from the University of Delhi.

Rajinder Kumar Verma, Appointed as an Independent Director of Archies Limited for the period of 5 years with effect from August 11, 2023. Verma has experience of more than 32 years as a Civil Engineer with India’s largest Construction Group L&T. He has been involved in various prestigious projects comprising Fertilizer Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Gas Based Power Plants, Residential and Industrial Sectors Development projects, Water supply and Sewage Treatment plant including maintenance, etc. in all over India and abroad as well. As a Project Manager, he handled project execution and coordination with various Government and Private clients.  He has completed his degree in Civil Engineering.
