Jagatjit Industries Reappoints Ravi Manchanda As MD; And Roshini Sanah As Executive Directors

Shareholders of Jagatjit Industries Limited have approved the reappointment of Ravi Manchanda as Managing Director and Roshini Sanah Jaiswal as Executive Director at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.

Manchanda has been reappointed as Managing Director for a further two-year term effective October 1, 2026. An engineering graduate with a postgraduate diploma in marketing, he has more than four decades of experience across project management, marketing and administration.

Jaiswal has been reappointed as Executive Director for a three-year term effective September 1, 2026. She is a graduate in Political Science and Economics from New York University and has more than two decades of management experience across the beverages, food, hospitality and personal care sectors. She also has extensive understanding of the liquor industry.
