ISMT appoints Raviprakasha Srivatsan as CFO and Vinayak Gharpure as CS

Raviprakasha Srinivasa Srivatsan is appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Mayuresh Vinayak Gharpure as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ISMT Limited, with effect from February 5, 2024. The appointment is approved by the Board of Directors of ISMT Limited and Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (the holding company).

Srivatsan, aged 60, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has more than 37 years of experience in the fields of accounting, taxation, and corporate finance. He worked earlier as a Senior Manager (Finance) at Vasavadatta Cement (a unit of Kesoram Industries Limited). He has been awarded the Best CFO Award twice in the ‘Auto in Small Cap’ category during the years 2019 and 2021 by the Dalal Street Investment Journal and once by Yes Bank and BW Business World in the year 2017. He is the Executive Director (Finance) and the Chief Financial Officer of Kirloskar Ferrous, and the Director of Oliver Engineering Private Limited.

Mayuresh Vinayak Gharpure, aged 43, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Gharpure has more than 15 years of experience in handling secretarial and compliance functions. He worked earlier with Hospet Ispat Limited and Venkateshwara Hatcheries Group and joined Kirloskar Ferrous in 2007. He has been the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Kirloskar Ferrous since December 1999.
