ISMT Appoints Nikita Jaisinghani As Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of ISMT Limited has approved the appointment of Nikita Jaisinghani as the Compliance Officer, with effect from January 24, 2024.

Jaisinghani has been a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since the year 2020. She has about 4 years of experience working in the secretarial field and joined the company as a Management Trainee in 2019. She has been handling functions relating to compliance and providing assistance to the Corporate Finance Department.
