Independent Directors of Thirumalai Chemicals, R. Shankar, Rajkumar Kataria, & Dhruv Moondhra, Completed Their Terms

R. Ravi Shankar, Rajkumar Kataria, and Dhruv Sriratan Moondhra ceased to be the Independent Directors of Thirumalai Chemicals Limited following the completion of their second term on August 5, 2024.

R. Ravi Shankar served as Global Sourcing Manager for Unilever PLC in both London and the USA and General Manager of M&A at Hindustan Lever Ltd. (HUL). He was a senior partner leading the M&A division at Ernst & Young (E&Y) for a decade. He also chairs the Audit Committee of TCL.

Raj Kataria has over two decades of experience, and he serves on the TCL Business Review and Audit Committees. Most recently, he has been Managing Director at DSP-Merrill Lynch.

Dhruv Moondhra, CEO of Arcelor Mittal Dhamm Ltd. He has led business startups in both the United Kingdom and India.
