Independent Director Velji Karamshi Gogri retires from Valiant Organics

Velji Karamshi Gogri the Independent Director of Valiant Organics Ltd resigned from his post on 5th July 2023. He completed his second consecutive term as an Independent Director and consequently cease to be a Director of the Company.
