Independent Director Padmini Khare Kaicker Resign from Blue Dart Board

Padmini Khare Kaicker has resigned from the post of Independent Director of Blue Dart Express Limited with effect from September 22, 2023. Padmini Khare Kaicker is the Managing Partner of B. K. Khare & Co., a respected Indian Accounting Firm with over six decades of experience. Kaicker started her career in accounting in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience, she has worked with both large and mid-sized clients across various sectors. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including audit, taxation, corporate finance, risk management, and corporate governance. Additionally, she possesses specialised knowledge in Corporate Advisory, M&A, and restructuring activities. She currently serves on the boards of esteemed companies, such as J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Tata Chemicals, Rallis India, Bosch, and Kotak Mahindra Investments. She also holds the position of Chairperson for the Audit Committees of these organisations.

Padmini Khare Kaicker earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She’s also a Certified Public Accountant in the USA and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
