IIFL Finance’s Head – Legal Nishith Doshi Resigns

Nishith Doshi, Head of Legal and a designated SMP of IIFL Finance Limited, has resigned with effect from January 12, 2024.

Nishith Doshi is a Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to IIFL Finance, Doshi worked with Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, DSK Legal, Res Legal, and Crawford Bayley & Co. Advocates & Solicitors.
