HT Media Group Welcomes Rohit Kalra & Priyatn Agrawal As CEO & CFO Of Its Audio Business, Respectively

HT Media Group has appointed Rohit Kalra as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its audio business, which includes brands such as Fever, Radio One, Radio Nasha, and Punjabi Fever. He succeeds Ramesh Menon, CEO, and Amit Madaan, CFO, who resigned due to other responsibilities within the group.

HT Media also appointed Priyatn Agrawal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of its audio business. He succeeds Amit Madaan, CFO, who resigned due to other responsibilities within the group. The announcement was made by Next MediaWorks Ltd, a majority-owned subsidiary of HT Media that operates Radio One.

Kalra is a business leader with 24 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing, B2B partnerships, and media operations. He has grown from an individual contributor to leading business units, with hands-on experience in executing business expansion projects and launching new initiatives. His experience spans global media agencies, channel management, live events, and intellectual properties. Kalra’s professional strengths include P&L management, market intelligence, change management, and relationship building, with a consistent focus on delivering business outcomes through structured and result-orientated leadership.

Agrawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience across the manufacturing and media industries. His expertise spans strategy, planning & execution, financial reporting, consolidation, and Ind AS compliance. As a core team leader for annual report preparation, he contributes to strengthening organisational processes and enhancing value creation. His approach is rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, and driving results through efficient and transparent financial practices.
