Hitendra Mishra Appointed as CEO of Bharat Gears

The Board of Directors of Bharat Gears Limited has approved the appointment of Hitendra Mishra as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from January 1, 2024.

Hitendra Mishra, aged 53, has over 31 years of experience and has served in various renowned companies like Eicher Tractors, Gabriel India, VE Commercial Vehicle, and Westport Fuel Systems. His expertise is in creating and executing effective business strategies, driving profitable growth, and ensuring a healthy bottom line and cash flow through robust business development and operational excellence. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from NlT, Kurukshera, and an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing Strategy from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
