Hindusthan National Glass & Industries’ Independent Director Rita Bhimani Has Retired

Rita Bhimani, Independent Director of Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited retired on March 2 2025, on completion of her second term.

Bhimani is the Founder-CEO of Ritam Communications and a veteran in public relations with 41 years of experience. She has served on the Board of Directors of the International Public Relations Association and chaired its Education and Research Committee, conducting PR educator workshops in Helsinki, Toronto, Melbourne, and Mumbai.

She was commissioned by the Ministry of External Affairs’ Public Diplomacy Division to produce a documentary on Raja Rammohun Roy. At HNG, she is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Georgia, USA.
