Hindustan Zinc Ltd. Sandeep Modi Appointed as CFO

The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Modi as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company, effective from April 21, 2023. Mr. Modi, who is currently serving as the Interim CFO, is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses over 18 years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, corporate banking, taxation, and MAS, with over 18 years of experience.
