Hindustan Composite’s Company Secretary Ravi Vaishnav Resigned

Ravi Vaishnav has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Hindustan Composite Limited, with effect from April 5, 2024.

Vaishnav is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has more than a decade of experience in the field of corporate legal and secretarial functions. He started his career with Reliance Capital as a Management Trainee. Prior to Hindustan Composite, he worked with J. L. Morison as the Company Secretary, with Mandhana Industries as a Senior Manager – Legal and Secretarial, at the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) as an Assistant Manager, and with Zodiac Ventures as the CS.
