Hester Bio appoints Anil Jain and Jatin Trivedi as Independent Directors

Hester Biosciences Ltd has appointed Mr. Anil Jain and Mr. Jatin Trivedi as Additional Directors (Non-executive and Independent) effective from June 26, 2023, pending member approval.

Mr. Anil Jain, with over three decades of experience in the chemical industry, is the founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Ascent Finechem. He holds an M.S. in Chemistry from California Polytechnic State University and has completed prestigious management programs from IIM-A and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Jain holds leadership positions in industry organizations such as GCCI, GDMA, and the Gujarat Chemical Association.

Mr. Jatin Trivedi is a highly experienced advocate and Patents & Trademarks attorney with over two decades of expertise. He serves as an Independent Director of Dev Information Technology Limited and has worked as a Regional Consultant for WIPO. Mr. Trivedi is also a founder member of Gujarat Innovation Society (AIGIS) and has authored books on intellectual property rights.
