Hercules Hoists Appoints Vivek Maru as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Hercules Hoists Limited has approved the appointment of Vivek Maru as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from March 5, 2024. He replaced Kiran Mukadam.

Vivek Maru, an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has over 9 years of experience with compliance and a business-focused approach in the fields of, inter alia, corporate laws, statutory compliances, regulatory affairs, and varied legal matters. He has gained in-depth experience in handling fund raising through private placement/preferential issues, the implementation of best corporate governance practices, the automation of the statutory compliance management process, due diligence, etc. His professional journey includes stints with renowned listed corporate and firms such as Man Infraconstruction Limited, Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited, BDO Restructuring Advisory LLP, and Aneja Associates.
