Hemanti Prashant Sutaria Joins Ajmera Realty Board as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Ajmera Realty & Infra Limited appointed Hemanti Prashant Sutaria as an Independent Director for five years, with effect from May 11, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

The Board has also approved the appointment of Chandra Prakash Jugani as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from May 9, 2024.

Hemanti Sutaria is a reputed architect with decades of experience in Design, Innovation and Dynamism in this field. She completed her diploma in architecture in 1990 from Raheja College, Bandra. She is Director on the Board of Omnipayments Software Private Limited and a partner in Prashant Sutaria Architect (PSA).

Chandra Prakash Jugani is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a commerce graduate. He holds more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law, Legal drafting and Finance in different industries. He has previously worked with Runwal Group, Sahara Group, Makrand M. Joshi & Co., Company Secretaries and more.
