
Harley-Davidson CEO Jochen Zeitz To Exit In 2025 Amid Strategy Shift
Harley-Davidson said on Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jochen Zeitz will retire in 2025 after a five-year tenure focused on business transformation.
Zeitz, a board member since 2007, will remain until a successor is found.
Apart from his contribution to Harley, Zeitz co-founded The ‘B Team’ with Richard Branson, bringing together business leaders to promote responsible business practices. He also founded the ZEITZ Foundation, Segera, and The Long Run, initiatives focused on sustainable ecosystems and community engagement. He is the co-founder of Zeitz MOCAA, a contemporary art museum in Africa. Zeitz previously served as CEO of Puma, where he led a turnaround strategy. He holds degrees in economics and marketing from the European Business School in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
