Harish Narinder Salve Reappointed As Independent Director Of Escorts Kubota

Harish Narinder Salve has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Escorts Kubota Limited with effect from July 16, 2025.

Salve is a Senior Counsel and Arbitrator in India, as well as a Barrister (UK), specialising in constitutional, commercial, and taxation law. He was the youngest to be appointed as a solicitor. Primarily practising at the Supreme Court of India, he also appears in various High Courts and international arbitration, both as counsel and adjudicator. He served as the Solicitor General of India from 1999 to 2002 and was appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Supreme Court in cases related to environmental preservation. He has been appointed as King’s Counsel (KC) for the courts of England and Wales. Salve is recognised for his expertise in constitutional matters and his contributions to legal practices both in India and internationally.
