Girish Jethmalani Appointed CFO of Hercules Hoists

The Board of Directors of Hercules Hoists Limited has approved the appointment of Girish Jethmalani, the existing Finance Controller, as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, with effect from December 30, 2023. He will replace Vijay Singh, whose resignation will be effective on December 29, 2023.

Girish Jethmalani, a Chartered Accountant, has over 22 years of experience in accounts, finance, and audits, designing and implementing systems and controls to achieve financial discipline and improve operational efficiency. Currently acting as the Finance Controller and responsible, amongst others, for Management, Planning and Budgeting, MIS and Financial preparation, Taxation etc. Jethmalani joined Hercules Hoists in 2022. Before joining the company, he was associated with Sterling Biotech Limited, Aneja Associates, and Ambalal Thakkar & Associates. His association as Chief Financial Officer with the company would contribute towards the additional growth of the organisation through his knowledge and experience, the company said in a statement.
