Geena Malhotra Global Chief Technology Head of Cipla has retired

On May 31, 2024, Cipla announced the retirement of Geena Malhotra, the Global Chief Technology Officer and Senior Management Personnel. This decision is in line with the company’s policy.

Geena Malhotra has been with Cipla for over 37 years. She began her career at the company as a Manager of Research and Development, a position she held for 26 years. She then advanced to become the Head of Integrated Product Development, followed by her position as the Head of Manufacturing Operations. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University.
