François-Charles Sirois Redesignated as Executive Chairman & CEO of OnMobile

The Board of OnMobile Global Limited has appointed François-Charles Sirois as the Chief Executive Officer and redesignated him as ‘Executive Chairman and CEO’ with effect from March 7, 2024. He is currently serving as Executive Chairman. Sanjay Baweja resigned from the post of ‘Global Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director’ with effect from March 6, 2024, due to personal reasons and obligations.

François-Charles Sirois is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Telesystem, a family-owned media and technology holding; Executive Chairman of the Board of OnmobileGlobal, a leader in mobile entertainment; and Chairman of the Board of Zone 3, one of Canada’s largest creators and producers of content. Sirois is also co-founder of Stingray Digital Group and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital. Before joining Telesystem, he started his career building start-up companies in e-commerce and mobile payment services. François-Charles Sirois holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montreal.
