Nippon Life India Asset Management’s Company Secretary Nilufer Shekhawat Resigns

Nilufer Shekhawat, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Nippon Life India Asset Management, has tendered her resignation to pursue opportunities outside the company, and her last day will be as per the company policy or as agreed mutually.

Nulufer Shekhawat is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Before Nippon Life, Shekhawat worked with Godrej Industries, The Tata Power Company Limited, Compuage Infocom Limited, and Virendra G. Bhatt & Co.
