Former Future Brands CEO Santosh Desai To Join Nykaa Board as Independent Director

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, better known as Nykaa, has appointed Santosh Desai as an Independent Director effective July 15, 2024. This appointment will be for a period of three years, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Desai held the position of CEO at Future Brands for almost 17 years. Additionally, he held the role of President at McCann, a leading advertising agency in India. Currently, he sits on the Boards of Think9 Consumer Technologies, Dainik Jagran Group, and Breakthrough. He is also a member of the governing councils of Mudra Institute of Communication in Ahmedabad and Praxis Business School in Kolkata. Previously, he served on the Boards of ING Vysya Bank and Oxfam India.
