Force Motors Appoints Rohan Sampat as Company Secretary, Reappoints Abhay Firodia as CMD

Force Motors Limited has appointed Rohan Sampat as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, to be designated as a Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the company with effect from the start of business hours on July 31, 2024. He will replace Nikhil Deshpande as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, whose resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on July 30, 2024.

Sampat has been a member of ICSI since 2012. He also holds an LLB and a PG Diploma in IPR. Prior to joining Force Motors Limited, he was associated with Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL).

The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Abhaykumar Navalmal Firodia as the Managing Director, to be designated as the ‘Chairman’ of the company for a further period of five years, with effect from the start of business hours on September 20, 2024.

The re-appointment of Prasan Abhaykumar Firodia as the Managing Director for a further period of five years, with effect from the start of business hours on November 6, 2024, is also approved.

Prashant V. lnamdar has been reappointed as the Executive Director (Operations) for a further period of five years, with effect from the start of business hours on January 16, 2025.
