Forbes & Company Re-appoints Nikhil Bhatia as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Forbes & Company Limited has approved the reappointment of Nikhil Bhatia as an Independent Director for a second term of five years with effect from May 15, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The Board also approved the appointment of Pritesh Jhaveri as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from April 1, 2024. He replaced Rupa Khanna.

Nikhil Bhatia has experience in Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Business Restructuring, Expatriate Taxation, Company Law and Foreign Exchange Regulations and Foreign Direct Investments. Bhatia was the Partner of CNK & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, and had been with KPMG for more than 13 years and with PWC for 10+ years.

Pritesh Jhaveri is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from Mumbai University. He has an overall experience of nine years in the field of Secretarial and Legal.
