Finolex Industries’ CFO Niraj Kedia Resigns

The Board of Finolex Industries Limited, on April 11, 2024, accepted the resignation of Niraj Kedia from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). His last working day would be June 30, 2024.

Niraj Kedia is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).He joined Finolex Industries in August 2020. Prior to Finolex, he served at BGV India as CFO, Jet Airways as DGM Strategy and Projects, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Manager, and Ernst & Young.
