Fifteen NBFCs have surrendered Registration certificates to RBI

According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), 15 NBFCs have surrendered their registration certificates for a variety of reasons, including Tata Capital Financial Services and Revolving Investments. Due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off, nine Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) have ceased to be legal entities.

These nine entities are Tata Capital Financial Services, Tata Cleantech Capital, Naperol Investments, USG Financial Services, Urja Capital, Vandana Dealers, ABRN Finance, Jodhani Management, and JDS Securities.

Six NBFCs gave up their registration certificates after leaving the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) industry, according to the RBI.

These NBFCs include Vian Growth Capital, Drap Leasing and Finance, Jewel Strips, Revolving Investments, Anshu Leasing, and A V B Finance.
