Excel Industries’ CEO N. R. Kannan Resigns

N.R. Kannan, Chief Executive Officer of Excel Industries Limited, has tendered his resignation due to personal and family reasons and will continue to serve until June 30, 2024.

Kannan is an IICA-certified independent director and joined Excel Industries in July 2017. Prior to that, Kannan has worked with Sanmar Speciality Chemicals as Executive Vice President, Atul China as General Manager, ICI India as Work and Product Manager, Hoechst India as Manager-Production, and Ciba-Atul as Assistant Manager-Production. He has completed his B.Sc. (Tech) in Pharmaceuticals from UDCT and his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai.
