Ex-Kotak Mahindra Bank Jt. MD, C. Jayaram, Joins KFin Technologies’ Board

KFin Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Chengalath Jayaram, former Joint Managing Director (Jt. MD) of Kotak Mahindra Bank, as an Independent Director with effect from May 24, 2024.

C. Jayaram, 65, has over 38 years of experience in finance. Earlier, he served as MD at Kotak Securities. During his tenure with Kotak Group, spanning 26 years, he spearheaded various ventures, including Private Banking, Alternative Investments, and international operations, culminating in his retirement as Joint Managing Director in April 2016. Prior to his tenure at Kotak Group, he worked at Overseas Sanmar Financial. He holds a B.A. in economics and a PGDM from IIM Kolkata.
