Endurance Technologies Appoints R. S. Raja Gopal Sastry as CFO

Endurance Technologies Limited has appointed R. S. Raja Gopal Sastry as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from June 6, 2024.

The company has also announced the appointment of Rajendra Abhange as the Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company with effect from June 6, 2024.

In the meantime, Satrajit Ray retired as a Whole-time Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of the company after his term ended on June 5, 2024. He has consented to continue as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director on the Board post his superannuation.

Ramesh Gehaney retired as a Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company after his term ended on June 5, 2024. Upon his superannuation, he has decided to step down as a Director effective from June 5, 2024.

R. S. Raja Gopal Sastry is an associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He started his career as an Airman with the Indian Air Force. Prior to joining Endurance Technologies he worked with ZF Commercial Vehicle Controls Systems India as CFO; WABCO India as CFO; R Stahl (P) as Director Finance and Company Secretary; Visteon Automotive Systems as General Manager Business Planning; Madras Aluminium Company (MALCO) as Consultant; Sridhar and Santhanam as Consultant.
