Elizabeth Mathew Has Assumed The Post Of Head- TCS Lead

Elizabeth Mathew is appointed as the new head of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) LeaD. TCS’s HR head Milind Lakkad informed in an internal note. Mathew who replaces Anant Haidale will be in charge of developing leadership skills and managing diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.

Anant Haidale, Ex HR head for North America and leader of TCS LeaD, will be working with the manufacturing business of Tata group. Haidale has more than 3 decades of experience in the field of manufacturing and he has been with TCS for 15 years.

TCS LeaD is an internal program that encourages diversity and leadership in senior positions within the company. Elizabeth Mathew’s appointment is one of the leadership changes initiated by K Krithivasan, who became TCS’s CEO earlier this year.

Elizabeth Mathew joined TCS in 1989 and held various HR leadership roles in different parts of the company. Preeti D’Mello, who leads diversity and inclusion, and Bindra R, responsible for leadership careers, will now be reporting to Elizabeth Mathew.
