Domino’s Pizza Appoints Corie S. Barry As Lead Independent Director, Adds Two Independent Directors

Domino’s Pizza has appointed Corie S. Barry as Lead Independent Director and elected Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson as Independent Directors on its Board.

Corie S. Barry is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Member of the Board of Directors of Best Buy Co., Inc., positions she has held since June 2019. She has served on the Board of Domino’s Pizza since July 2018 and chairs its Compensation and Human Capital Committee. Barry joined Best Buy in 1999 and has held several leadership roles, including Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial & Strategic Transformation Officer, Chief Strategic Growth Officer, Interim President of Geek Squad Services, and Senior Vice President of Domestic Finance. Earlier in her career, she worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Barry has experience in finance, strategy, business operations, and corporate governance across the retail and consumer technology sectors.

Michael C. Creedon Jr. is CEO of Dollar Tree and has served on its Board since 2025. He joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2022 and became CEO in 2024. Anneliese Olson is President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP and has worked with the company for more than 30 years.
