Divesh Sehara Appointed as Director of Punjab National Bank

Punjab National Bank Limited has nominated Divesh Sehara as a Director on its Board with immediate effect and until further orders. He succeeds D. Anandan.

Sehara is currently serving as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, Government of India. He is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2005 batch, Bihar cadre. He joined the service through Direct Recruitment, via the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

During his career, he has held several administrative positions across the Government of India and the Government of Bihar. His previous assignments include Mission Director, Cadre (AIS); Managing Director, SC/ST Welfare Department; and District Collector and District Magistrate, Kaimur.
