Dinesh Oswal Reappointed As MD Of Nahar Spinning Mills; Dr. Yash Sachdeva & Dr. Anchal Jain Reappointed As lndependent Directors
Dinesh Oswal has been reappointed as Managing Director (MD) of Nahar Spinning Mills Limited for a further period of five (5) consecutive years commencing from January 1, 2027.
Further, Dr. Yash Paul Sachdeva and Dr. Anchal Kumar Jain have been reappointed as lndependent Directors of the company for a second term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from August 24, 2027.
Dinesh Oswal is a business professional with over 41 years of experience in the textile industry and financial management. He manages the day-to-day affairs of the company under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors. With his experience in textile business and financial matters, he has contributed to the company’s operations and growth. His role involves overseeing business activities, ensuring effective management practices and supporting the implementation of the organisation’s objectives. A Commerce graduate, he has developed extensive expertise in business operations, administration and strategic decision-making through his long association with the sector.
Dr. Yash Paul Sachdeva is an educationist and corporate advisor with over 30 years of experience in business management, administration and financial studies. He retired as Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Punjab Agricultural University, where he was involved in teaching and mentoring students in the field of management. His areas of expertise include accounting and financial management, security analysis, portfolio management, and management control systems. He continues to provide insights in finance and corporate advisory domains. He holds an MBA with specialisation in Financial Management and a Ph.D. in Capital Markets and Investment Management.
Dr. Anchal Kumar Jain is an academician and researcher with over 40 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He retired as Professor and Head of the Department of Soil and Water Engineering at Punjab Agricultural University. He has also served as Professor at Lovely Professional University. During his academic career, he has contributed to research and education in the field of soil and water engineering and has guided students across various academic programmes. His experience includes academic leadership, research activities, and institutional development. He holds B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. degrees in Soil and Water Engineering.
