Delhivery’s CS Vivek Kumar Resigns

Vivek Kumar, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Delhivery Limited, has tendered his resignation on March 4, 2024. He will be relieved from the services of the company with effect from March 27, 2024. Prior to Delhivery, Kumar has worked with ITC Hotels, Dell, GMR Group, Hindustan Power Projects Private Limited, Poly Medicure, and Panalpina.
