Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals’ President & Chief Strategy Officer Amitabh Bhargava Resigned

Amitabh Bhargava, President and Chief Strategy Officer designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Limited has resigned on May 17, 2024, to pursue an opportunity outside the Company.

Amitabh Bhargava started his career with ICICI Bank as DGM. Bhargava joined the Deepak Fertilizer in 2017 as President and Group CFO and later became President and Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier he worked with ESSAR Oil as CFO; Nomura Infrastructure Investments as MD; GMR Group as CFO- Corporate Finance; RREEF as Director; Macquarie Bank as Associate Director; ICICI Venture as Chief Investment – Infrastructure. He has completed PGPMS from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and has a B.tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
