Debraj S. Roy Stepped Down From Lux Industries As Head-HR

Debraj S. Roy, Head-HR and a Senior Management Personnel of Lux Industries Limited, has resigned from the services of the company on November 4, 2024, to explore opportunities outside the company.

Roy has over 18 years of HR expertise, having worked with large healthcare and consumer goods firms such as Dabur, Glenmark, Abbott, Sony, and Indorama. His work focuses on connecting HR strategies with business objectives to promote organisational growth and transformation. Roy’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, company integration, statutory compliance, HR audits, organisational diagnosis, compensation management, HRIS, and talent and learning management systems. He is also a social worker with NGO Bondhu. Roy has done BE (Mechanical) from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Karnataka and PGDBM (HR) from Wigan and Leigh College, United Kingdom.
