CSB Bank Appoints Manish Modi as Head – Wholesale Banking

The Board of Directors of CSB Bank Limited has approved the appointment of Manish Modi as Head of Wholesale Banking, with effect from January 18, 2024. He replaced Runa Das.

Manish Modi has more than 28 years of experience spread across large corporate and midmarket businesses, SME businesses, syndication businesses, project finance businesses, MNC services, financial services, and treasury businesses. Prior to joining CSB Bank, Modi was the Head of Corporate Banking at IndusInd Bank, responsible for the overall strategy of the large and mid-corporate verticals with the right balance of growth, profitability, and portfolio quality. Prior to that, he had a stint at ABN Amro Bank and ICICI Bank. He was earlier associated with Engineers India Limited as a design engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from REC, Bhopal, and a postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) from IIM, Lucknow.
