CSB Bank Appoints Deepak Maheshwari as an Independent Director

Deepak Maheshwari is appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) at CSB Bank Limited for three years effective from June 12, 2024, subject to the approval of members of the Bank.

Deepak Maheshwari has over four decades of experience in top banking institutions. Maheshwari is currently in the Board of Axis Finance as Non-Executive Director and in GR Highways Investment Manager as an Independent Director. He held various roles in State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. He was an Independent Director on the Board of Federal Bank in 2018. His educational background includes Bachelors’ in Commerce and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
