Company Secretary Ruchi Sathe To Resign From Sula Vineyards Citing Personal Reason

Ruchi Sathe, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Sula Vineyards Limited has tendered her resignation from the services due to personal reasons. Sathe will be relieved of her official duties with effect from October 1, 2024.

Ruchi has over 13 years of experience in the secretarial field and is qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an LLB (Gen). She is currently in charge of Sula Vineyards’ secretarial department. Leading Sula Vineyards’ IPO on a secretarial front has been one of the career’s major achievements. Started her career with Arch Pharmalabs, Ltd., and later she has also worked with Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), Keva, and Invoicemart. Prior to joining Sula, she had worked with CRIF.
