Kaushik Raha has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Linc Limited with effect from January 5, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Kaushik Raha has more than a decade of professional experience, having contributed his expertise to various publicly listed companies. Before joining Linc, Raha held positions as Deputy Company Secretary at BMW Industries, Senior Manager at Microsec Resources Pvt. Ltd., and Assistant Company Secretary at Shyam SEL & Power Limited.
