Cipla’s Chief Strategy Officer Jasdeep Singh to step down

Jasdeep Singh, Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Cipla Limited, has resigned to pursue personal interests outside of the company, and his last working day will be May 31, 2024.

Singh joined Cipla in 2019 as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff. He is also associated with Ethris and Achira Labs Private Limited as a Board Observer. Until March, he was a Board member of Wealthy Therapeutics. Earlier, Singh served at Ranbaxy as Executive Assistant to the CEO and at Cambridge University Entrepreneurs as the President and Chairman.

He has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under the Exchange Programme. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biochemical engineering and biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
