Cholamandalam Investment and Finance’s Independent Director Rohan Verma To Retire

Rohan Verma, Non Executive Independent Director of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited completes his first term of five years and will retire on March 24, 2024.

Rohan Verma, distinguished with the President’s Award for Academic Excellence at Stanford University and honored on the Dean’s List as well as receiving the Distinction Award from London Business School. He initiated India’s inaugural interactive mapping platform, mapmyindia.com, at the age of 19. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of C.E. Info Systems (MapmyIndia), established in 1992, he leads India’s premier company in maps, navigation, location technologies, and GPS IoT solutions. Additionally, he holds the posts of Founder and Chairman at Infidreams Industries Private and is a member of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum. He joined Chola’s Board on March 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from London Business School.
