Chanel Appoints Hélène de Tissot As Chief Financial Officer

Chanel has appointed Hélène de Tissot as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with her appointment set to take effect in October. She will join the luxury fashion company from French beverages company Pernod Ricard, where she currently serves as CFO. Following her departure, Pernod Ricard announced that Mauve Croizat will assume the role of CFO in October.

Tissot began her career as an international tax lawyer at Arthur Andersen, where she worked for eight years. She later joined Pernod Ricard and built an international career spanning more than two decades. During her tenure, she held senior finance leadership roles at the group level and within Pernod Ricard Asia before being appointed Executive Vice President, Finance, IT and Operations in 2018. Her experience covers finance, information technology, operations and international business management, with responsibility for leading finance functions and supporting strategic initiatives across global markets.
