CCO Rajesh Vasudevan Resigns from Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services

Rajesh Vasudevan has resigned from the post of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, with effect from January 13, 2024.

Rajesh Vasudevan joined the Mahindra Group in 1999 and has occupied diverse roles throughout his tenure. Prior to Mahindra & Mahindra Financial, Vasudevan worked with Tata Financial Limited and Asian Paints India Limited as Executive, Corporate MIS, and Accounts & Taxation, respectively. He has completed the Mahindra Universe Programmeme, Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Accelerated Corporate Entrepreneurship (ACE), Executive Education from INSEAD, the General Programmeme for Management Development from the University of Michigan-Stephen M. Ross School of Business, ACMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai.
