
Capri Global Capital Reappoints CRO Sanjeev Srivastava & Three Directors
Sanjeev Srivastava has been reappointed as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Capri Global Capital Limited for a period of three (3) years commencing from October 31, 2026.
Meanwhile, Dr. Nupur Mukherjee and Shishir Priyadarshi have been reappointed as Independent Directors of the company, with effect from January 27, 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Rajesh Sharma has been reappointed as Director, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Before joining Capri Global Capital, Sanjeev Srivastava served as CRO at IIFL Finance Ltd. During his career, he has held leadership roles in credit and risk management at organisations including Karvy Financial Services Ltd., GE Money, ICICI Bank, and the Reliance Group. His experience spans risk assessment, credit management, governance, and implementation of risk-control processes across financial services businesses. Srivastava is a risk management professional with more than two decades of experience in the financial services sector. He has worked on enterprise risk management frameworks and risk mitigation strategies across banking and non-banking financial institutions.
Dr. Nupur Mukherjee has held senior leadership positions, including Global Managing Director roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays, with responsibilities spanning India, Southeast Asia, China, and Europe. She has also worked with technology organisations and currently serves on the Boards of several technology-focused companies. Dr. Mukherjee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Mumbai with specialisation in Mathematics and Computer Applications. She is a PMP-certified professional from the PMI Institute, USA, and holds certifications in ESG, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and other technology domains.
Shishir Priyadarshi is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with more than four decades of experience in public administration, economic policy, infrastructure, international trade, and regulatory affairs. During his career, he served in various roles with the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, handling assignments related to finance, industry, economic affairs, and infrastructure. He currently serves as President of Global Relations at Adani Group. He was the first Indian civil servant to serve as a Director at the World Trade Organisation (WTO). He has also worked with institutions including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, United Nations Development Programme, and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Priyadarshi holds postgraduate degrees in Economics from the University of Reading and Nuclear Physics from the University of Delhi.
Rajesh Sharma is a Promoter Director and a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of experience in capital markets and financial advisory services. He has played a key role in the growth of the company’s financial services business and has been involved in shaping its expansion across segments. His experience covers corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking, and asset financing. He has worked on the development of financial products, investment strategies, and risk management frameworks for clients. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in business planning, capital raising, and financial advisory assignments.
