Capacite Infraprojects appoints Rajesh Das as CFO

Rajesh Das is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Capacite Infraprojects with effect from 12th August 2023. He replaced Rohit R Katyal who will continue to serve as an Executive director while relinquishing his responsibilities as the CFO.

Rajesh Das is a finance professional with 22 plus years of substantial experience of working in Infrastructure, Banking and Financial Service and Retail industry. His past work experience includes working with Reliance Infrastructure Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Pantaloon Retail Ltd, Tata Motors Finance Ltd etc.

His core competence lies in Corporate Finance and Treasury, Project Funding, Strategy formulation, Internal Controls and Audits, Budgeting GAAP compliances, Financial operation, Compliance and M&A. He is a CMA from the Institute of Certified Management Accountant (USA). He did his Post Graduate Program in Management from IMT Ghaziabad.

Also Dinesh Ladwa has been appointed as the Company Secretary and compliance Officer with effect from 11th August 2023. Ladwa, is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate with more than 21 years of experience in the Company Secretarial & Compliances across various sectors.
