Camlin Fine Sciences Welcomes Radhika Dudhat & Jens Van Nieuwenborgh As Independent Directors

Radhika Dudhat and Jens Van Nieuwenborgh have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of Camlin Fine Sciences Limited with effect from March 12, 2025.

Radhika Dudhat is a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., specialising in transactional, regulatory, and legal risk management. Her work spans structuring transactions, strategy, documentation, and negotiation in real estate, infrastructure, and insolvency. With a strong interest in Indian scriptures, she is a faculty member and lecturer on legal, business, and self-development subjects. She was named the Most Innovative Lawyer of the Year (BW Legal World, 2022) and was included in Forbes India’s Legal Powerlist 2020. Dudhat graduated from the Mumbai University with a law degree and has postgraduate degrees from Harvard University and the University of Cambridge.

Jens Van Nieuwenborgh has served as a Board Member for multiple companies across India and Europe, bringing extensive expertise in business administration, finance, and operations. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University and a master’s degree in science from Ghent University, Belgium. With a strong background in corporate leadership, he has contributed to strategic decision-making and operational growth in various sectors.
