Borosil Renewables’ Company Secretary Kishor Talreja Moves On

Kishor Talreja, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Borosil Renewables Ltd., has tendered his resignation. In his resignation letter, Talreja stated that he has decided to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization. The company stated in a statement that he will be relieved of his services on May 6, 2024.

He earlier worked as the Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Gujarat Borosil Ltd. and also served as the Secretary and Head of Investor Relations at Teamo Productions HQ Ltd.
