Bodhtree Consulting Announced the Management Changes

The Board of Directors of Bodhtree Consulting Limited has approved the appointment of Bandugula Sucharitha as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Woman Director with effect from May 2, 2024.

Appointment of Ajay Kumar Giri as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 2, 2024, for 5 years.

Appointment of Prashanth Mitta as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 2, 2024, for 3 years. The board also appointed and designated Mitta as Compliance Officer, with effect from May 2, 2024, until the full-time Company Secretary is appointed.

Appointment of Nikshit Hemendra Shah as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 2, 2024, for 5 years.

All the above appointments are subject to the approval of shareholders.

The Board took note of the resignation tendered by Pompa Mukherjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 12, 2024.
